“Tastes like Grandma’s” Bakery Items!

Do you ever miss those delicious, homemade, “taste-like-Grandma’s” baked goods? At The Flour Barn Bakery, we are proud to bring you good, old-fashioned bakery items made with care, tradition, and a whole lot of heart. Many of our recipes come straight from my Grandma’s kitchen, alongside a few of our own that have become customer favorites over the years.

The Flour Barn Bakery began as a very small side hustle while I, Kelli Knapp, stayed home raising my three little kids. What started as a handful of orders and a few trips to the local farmers’ market under the name Kelli’s Baked Goods slowly grew into something more. In 2017, when my youngest started school, I expanded the business and officially became The Flour Barn Bakery. In January of 2020, we took another big step and moved the bakery out of our home and into our own space.

One thing that makes The Flour Barn Bakery unique is our freezer bakery concept. All of our products—except cakes—are baked, frosted, and frozen at their freshest point. Freezing locks in flavor, moisture, and freshness without the need for preservatives. Because our baked goods are made without additives, freezing allows us to offer you a better-tasting product while also giving you the flexibility to enjoy it when you’re ready.

If you plan to enjoy your baked goods within 24 hours, they can be kept at room temperature. Otherwise, we recommend storing them in the freezer until you’re ready to indulge. While items left out longer than 24 hours are still safe to eat, we can’t guarantee they’ll taste as fresh.

At The Flour Barn Bakery, our goal is simple: to offer comforting, homemade baked goods that feel familiar, dependable, and made with love—just like Grandma used to make.
